Using the dashboard

Staff console

The separate console the Identise team uses for plans, staff and platform-wide audit logs.

For the Identise team only (enterprise staff):

  • Dashboard: workspaces, users, applications and estimated monthly revenue across the platform.
  • Subscription Plans: create, edit and archive the plans workspaces subscribe to, with limits such as applications, monthly users and API access. Max API RPM is each of the workspace's apps' API limit a minute; 0 means the default (1,200).
  • Staff: add or remove staff by email. Staff may always create workspaces.
  • Audit Logs: every workspace's and user's audit trail, searchable.
Suspending a workspace is a staff-only API call (POST /v1/enterprise/workspaces/{id}/suspend); the console has no button for it yet.
