Your account
Signing up and in, verifying your email, resetting a forgotten password, and your data.
Signing up and in
- Sign up with an email and a password (8 characters or more), or with Google.
- A bot check (Cloudflare Turnstile) runs on sign-up, sign-in and password reset.
- If you've turned on two-factor authentication, signing in also asks for the 6-digit code from your authenticator app.
- After signing in you're taken back to the page you were going to. A link that tries to send you to another site after signing in is ignored, and you land on your dashboard instead.
Verify your email
Open Personal Info and press Verify Now. Enter the 6-digit code from the email: it's valid for 15 minutes, and you can ask for one email a minute. Some things, such as creating a workspace, need a verified email.
Forgot your password
On the sign-in page, choose Forgot password and enter your email, then the code from the email, then a new password. After three wrong codes, ask for a new one.
Resetting your password signs you out everywhere else, so anyone who had your old password loses access.
Your data
- Personal Info → Request JSON Archive downloads everything Identise holds about you.
- Delete Account removes your account and signs you out everywhere. It can't be undone.
